About Delara
Delara Jamshidi is an associate who joined Thomas Gold Pettingill in 2024 after articling at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto, where she gained civil litigation experience. She earned her JD from Western University in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction, majoring in law and business, from Toronto Metropolitan University. During law school she co-chaired the Western Law Advocacy Committee, volunteered with the Western Business Law Clinic, and served as a Student Ambassador and peer mentor. Her practice focuses on insurance litigation, including Licence Appeal Tribunal disputes, accident benefits and SABS claims, priority and loss transfer disputes, motor vehicle claims, occupiers' liability, and property and commercial general liability matters.
