About Caroline

Caroline C. H. Wang is the principal and founder of Wang Legal, a boutique business law firm in downtown Toronto that often works closely with Meretsky Law Firm as an agent. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 after earning a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. With over 20 years of practice, including time at Goodmans LLP and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, she has handled corporate and commercial law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, corporate structuring and governance. She also served as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the publicly traded private equity firm Clairvest Group Inc. Caroline sits on the board of The Canadian Mothercraft Society and volunteers with the MINA Project steering committee.
