About Francy

Francy Kussner is a partner in Goodmans' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group and serves as its alternate section head. Her practice covers real estate and estate litigation, banking and insolvency litigation, financial services regulatory matters, directors' and officers' liability, professional negligence, and shareholder and partnership disputes. She appears before the Superior Court of Justice, including its Commercial List, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada; she also handles mediations and arbitrations. Francy is involved in work allocation and lawyer development within the Litigation Group and co-chairs the firm's Student Review Committee. She is recognized by The Legal 500 Canada for dispute resolution work in Ontario and by Best Lawyers in Canada for commercial litigation and director and officer liability matters.
