About Sam

Sam Goszer was called to the Manitoba bar in June 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall. His practice focuses on the acquisition and sale of businesses and commercial property, as well as corporate structuring, and he regularly assists clients in the medical, dental, and pharmaceutical fields. He also handles corporate finance, shareholder and partnership agreements, real estate transactions, and commercial leasing, along with wills, trusts, and estate planning.
