About Jim

Jim Holloway is a trial lawyer advising on intellectual property litigation, technology and supply chain matters, and trademark, copyright, and patent disputes. He has served as Toronto office managing partner and chair of the firm's North America Region. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario (1991) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Osgoode Hall Law School (2003), and was called to the Ontario bar in 1993.
