About Jacqueline

Jacqueline Flett practises as Jacqueline Flett Law Corporation within Breakwater Law, with a broad-based business and succession planning practice representing start-up and middle-market companies, including professional service providers. She earned a BA in European History and Philosophy from Thompson Rivers University and her LLB from the University of British Columbia in 2004, then worked as a lender and financial advisor before articling and practising as a general solicitor in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver. In 2011 she founded Flett Law in Victoria, a fixed-fee, technology-driven firm, which later joined Breakwater Law. She has also been a Director of The Ghost CEO (business development coaching for professionals) since 2016 and volunteers as an instructor with the Law Society of British Columbia's Professional Legal Training Course.
