About Nicholas

Nicholas Picard was raised in Victoria, BC, and completed an undergraduate degree in Linguistics before working as a professional copy editor and attending the University of Victoria for law school, where he won the Canadian Client Consultation competition and represented Canada internationally. He practises primarily family law, with a focus on child support, spousal support, and division of property and debt, and has represented clients at both the Provincial and Supreme Court levels in British Columbia. He also maintains a residential tenancy law practice and works at the forefront of the firm's ethical adoption of AI in its legal and administrative processes.
