Naimark Law is a Toronto personal injury firm founded by Ryan Naimark, who spent about 20 years on the defence side, representing insurance companies, before starting the firm to represent injured people instead. Naimark was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School and has worked on cases that reached the Ontario Court of Appeal. That defence background carries through the rest of the team: every lawyer listed on the firm's site previously worked defending insurers, as in-house counsel for an insurance company, or both, before moving into plaintiff-side work.

The practice centres on personal injury, including motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic and brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, slip and falls, and accident benefits and disability claims. It has also built out a wrongful dismissal practice, growing out of the observation that accident victims who can't return to work don't always get an understanding employer. The team includes more than a dozen lawyers, along with paralegals and law clerks, working out of a head office in Toronto with branch offices in Mississauga and Ottawa. At least one lawyer on the team speaks Punjabi in addition to English.
