About Jagpreet
Jagpreet Sekhon started his legal career at an insurance defence firm in Toronto, where he learned how insurers evaluate and handle claims. During that time, he represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, as well as the Licence Appeal Tribunal, focusing mainly on defending bodily injury claims from car accidents and slip-and-fall incidents. He'd articled at Naimark Law earlier in his career and later rejoined the firm. Today his practice is dedicated entirely to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor, a law degree from the University of Leicester, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. Sekhon speaks Punjabi and can help clients who need service in that language. The Ontario bar admitted him in 2023.
