About Jordan

Before joining Naimark Law, Jordan Dahan represented insurance companies at a defence firm in Toronto, where he learned how insurers think and strategize during litigation. He now applies that background from the other side, working to get strong results for his own clients. Dahan has built his practice around advocating for people who have been injured. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University in Halifax and completed his law degree at Bond University in Australia, making the Dean's List in both programs. He has represented clients at several levels of court and before tribunals across Ontario, and his practice today focuses on personal injury matters such as car accidents, slip and falls, and disability claims.
