Mathews Dinsdale & Clark LLP is a Canadian law firm that represents only employers, with a national head office on the 35th floor of The Well at 8 Spadina Avenue in Toronto and six more offices across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. By its own account, the firm was founded more than seventy years ago as Canada's first law firm devoted entirely to workplace law. One of its co-founders, Beatrice Mathews (Lyons), was among the first women in Canada to become a partner in a law practice.
