Pinto Shekib LLP is a litigation firm based in Toronto, founded by partners Sancia Pinto and Farhad Shekib. Pinto came to Canada from India as a child, and Shekib arrived from Afghanistan. Both grew up in immigrant families and trained as litigators, building their early careers at firms on Bay Street before starting the firm together. Pinto also served as an adjudicator and mediator with Ontario tribunals before the firm's founding.

The practice centers on civil and commercial litigation, employment law, and estates, wills and trusts disputes, along with mediation and arbitration. Its lawyers have acted for multinational corporations, small businesses and individual clients in disputes ranging from wrongful dismissal claims to shareholder disputes and contested estates. They try to resolve most matters short of trial to hold down a client's legal costs, though the firm has taken cases through jury trials and appeals when that's what a client needs.

Pinto brings adjudicative experience into the firm's litigation work, having served as a mediator and adjudicator with Tribunals Ontario's Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Condominium Authority Tribunal, and having chaired the City of Toronto's Administrative Penalty Tribunal. Shekib was named in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for commercial litigation and labour and employment law. Firm counsel Lambert Kwok spent years as a Crown prosecutor in Brampton and Mississauga before moving into private practice.
