About Zoe

Zoe Aranha is an associate in the Toronto office of Mathews Dinsdale, working within the firm's Education Practice Group. She represents school boards and colleges across Ontario and frequently appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Her practice also covers student accommodation, discipline, and special education issues, on which she regularly advises institutional clients. Zoe advises on investigations into workplace and student conduct, along with sexual violence matters and crisis response, and provides strategic guidance to boards and senior leadership teams on sensitive governance issues.
