Leone Murray LLP is a Toronto based personal injury and civil litigation firm, with satellite offices in Southampton, Haliburton, and Collingwood. Founding partner James V. Leone earned a law degree from Queen's University in 1999 and was called to the bar in 2001, with trial experience in the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. Founding partner Aaron Murray was called to the bar in 2005 and spent the first fifteen years of a career mainly defending lawsuits for large companies before moving into plaintiff work, an insurance defence background the firm says helps in assessing risk and claims handling.

The firm represents people hurt in motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, and long term disability disputes, and it also defends and pursues civil litigation for corporations, small businesses, and individuals, acting as preferred litigation counsel in Ontario for several large, self insured corporations. It works on contingency: the standard fee is 30 percent of a settlement plus disbursements and taxes, rising to as much as 35 percent depending on the circumstances, with nothing owed unless a case settles or is won at trial. Leone Murray also runs a referral program connecting other Ontario lawyers' injured clients with its personal injury team, at what it describes as the maximum fee allowed under Law Society guidelines.
