Zulqernain Syed is a Legal Strategist at Osuji & Smith, internationally trained with an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Commercial Law and more than ten years of experience in civil, commercial, administrative and regulatory litigation in common law jurisdictions. Zulqernain previously served as Senior Manager, Litigation with the Etisalat Group in the U.A.E., managing a litigation portfolio of more than 400 cases, and at Osuji & Smith contributes to court and administrative proceedings across employment, commercial and immigration matters through legal research, analysis and drafting.
