About Deborah

Deborah Pearce is a Senior Associate at Osuji & Smith, licensed to practise law in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. Deborah graduated from the University of Windsor's law school in 2005 and, drawing on a prior nursing background, brings that clinical experience into a practice focused on family law, immigration and personal injury as well as Crown prosecution work. Deborah has appeared in Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, family court and various tribunals, and has extensive experience negotiating with insurance companies and settling claims through discovery and mediation.
