About Zoe
Zoe Panday is an associate whose practice centers on defending insurance claims, including automobile accident matters, occupiers' liability, property damage, coverage disputes, and subrogation. She previously worked at a Toronto litigation boutique, managing tort files and accident benefits matters, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Zoe earned her J.D. at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto, along with coursework in conflict and peace-building from Trinity College Dublin. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
