About Andrew
Andrew Yolles is a civil litigator whose defence practice covers general liability, personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, occupiers' liability, professional negligence, construction deficiencies, medical malpractice, contractual and commercial disputes, and insurance coverage. He regularly acts for insurers, retailers, manufacturers, school boards, public transit organizations, and police organizations. Andrew has represented institutional defendants at every level of court and before administrative tribunals in Ontario, handling motions, jury trials, application hearings, and appeals. He holds a JD and an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates' Society, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
