Zach Geldert

About Zach

Zach is an associate in the Charlottetown office whose practice focuses on tax, estate, and trust law, advising clients at both the planning and litigation stages. His work includes tax-planned corporate reorganizations, tax-efficient structuring of corporate transactions, succession and estate planning for business owners and professionals, and resolving taxpayer disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. He also maintains a real estate practice, representing individuals, corporations, and trusts in the acquisition, leasing, financing, and sale of commercial and personal property, and has represented trust companies and individual trustees before the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island. Zach earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021 and a BA from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2018, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2022. He holds the TEP designation and chairs the CBA-PEI Wills, Estates and Trusts Section.
