About Jillian

Jillian is a lawyer in the firm's St. John's office with a practice focused on corporate and business, energy and natural resources, and tax matters, advising clients on purchase and sale transactions, income tax, corporate governance, and other commercial matters. Before transitioning to law, she worked as a civil engineer. Jillian volunteers with the Children's Wish Foundation and Special Olympics and was a member of the Articling and Placement Committee during law school. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2021 and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2015, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2022.
