About Yousef
Yousef Kamal is an associate in the Advocacy Group. His practice focuses on construction and infrastructure litigation, acting for owners, developers, builders, contractors, consultants, and lenders in complex disputes from commercial construction projects and large-scale infrastructure builds. He regularly advises clients on matters involving construction defects, delays, payment disputes, lien claims, and professional negligence and has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as in private mediations and arbitrations. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Law in London and is completing his LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School.
