About Matthew
Matthew Brandon has focused exclusively on family law in Surrey, BC for more than 12 years, and other family lawyers in the area sometimes retain him to represent them personally during their own divorces. He handles divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and parental alienation matters, working to resolve cases amicably where possible while remaining willing to litigate when negotiations break down. He has served on the Board of Directors for Evans Lake Summer Camp in Squamish and is a member of the Fleetwood Business Improvement Association, the CBA Westminster Family Law Group, and the Surrey Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Victoria before attending the UBC Faculty of Law, and was called to the bar in 2009.
