About Simran
Simran Bhullar is a family law lawyer in Surrey, BC who focuses on helping parents regain guardianship and custody of their children, including a priority parenting application for non-biological parents. She previously handled criminal and civil matters and is now building a practice focused on family law as well as wills and estates, working at the intersection of family and estate planning for clients going through divorce. She regularly appears in both Provincial and Supreme Court. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and the Allard School of Law, and assists clients in English and Punjabi.
