About William
Bill Gray has helped corporations of all sizes and sectors through complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing, across both large cross-border deals and general advice to start-up companies. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Alberta Law School and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1978, receiving his Queen's Counsel designation in 2010. Gray is Chairman of the Board of the Calgary Stampede Foundation and a past President and Chairman of the Board of the Calgary Stampede, and in 2022 he received the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal (Alberta).
