About William

Will Lafford is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office, where he has worked since joining as a summer student in 2023, later becoming the first student in the office to work part-time during the school year. He was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2026 and holds a JD/MBA from the University of New Brunswick along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University. His corporate and commercial practice covers the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions advisory work, and matters for owner-operator corporations, lenders and small and medium-sized enterprises across New Brunswick. He also advises residential and commercial developers through the stages of a project, from conceptualization to completion.
