About Caitlin

Caitlin Grogan is an associate at Stewart McKelvey's Saint John office, maintaining a broad litigation practice with a focus on labour and employment law, human rights, administrative law, professional regulation, and health law. She supports employers, insurers, regulated professionals, and public-sector clients in disputes and regulatory matters, including workplace investigations, human rights complaints, and labour certification hearings. Grogan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2025, graduating as Juris Doctor Valedictorian, and a Bachelor of Arts with honours in sociology from UNB in 2019. She has served on the boards of the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue and the Human Development Council, and on the UNB Board of Governors, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2026.
