William Heisey is an associate with Osler's Corporate Group in Toronto. William's practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. William has worked on transactions for investment banks and companies across industries including automotive, aviation, mining, life sciences, financial services, energy, and telecommunications. Before joining the firm, William practiced in the capital markets groups of international law firms in New York and Toronto, focusing on cross-border public and private securities offerings. William holds a law degree and an MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees from Oxford and Durham universities.
