About David

David Kornhauser practises franchise law and corporate/commercial law, representing franchisors, franchisee associations and individual franchisees, as well as advising on business purchases, shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring. He holds an LL.B. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and received the 2015 Markus Cohen Award for his contributions to franchise law scholarship.
