Wendy Castor Hess serves as Of Counsel to Green and Spiegel in Philadelphia. She has practised immigration and nationality law exclusively for more than 44 years, including as a former partner at Philadelphia immigration firms focused on medical and university immigration, and earlier at the U.S. Department of Justice's Board of Immigration Appeals and the Traveler's Aid Society in Chicago. Wendy advises individuals and businesses, particularly in the medical, university, pharmaceutical, and IT sectors, on immigrant and non-immigrant matters, I-9 compliance, and family immigration. Fluent in Spanish, she serves as trusted counsel to the Mexican Consulate in Philadelphia and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1981. She holds a JD from George Washington University and a BA in History from SUNY Binghamton.
