About Wayne

Wayne's practice centres on business law matters, including purchases and sales of businesses, incorporations, corporate reorganizations and financings, along with a full range of real estate matters such as commercial and residential transactions, leasing and builders' liens. He also advises clients on estate planning and tax matters, using shareholders' agreements, wills and trusts to structure business holdings and personal affairs. Wayne has practised with the firm since his call to the bar in 1987 and has been a partner since 1993. He attended Mount Allison University and earned his law degree at Dalhousie Law School.
