About Daniel

Daniel Gralnick is a senior associate whose practice centers on the energy sector, with a focus on regulatory matters. He advises public and private energy participants on electricity markets, rate case proceedings, energy procurement, supply agreements, and the regulatory and commercial issues that arise from energy transactions and project development. Before joining Torys, he had been an associate within the energy practice group at a major Bay Street firm, where he completed a secondment with the Independent Electricity System Operator. He serves on the board of Young Professionals in Energy, a non-profit supporting emerging professionals in the global energy field, and he is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, holding its CIPP/C certification.
