Wai Cheung is a senior litigation lawyer with over 25 years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters, previously serving as partner at a prominent litigation firm. His practice covers wills and estates, family law, disability insurance denials, medical malpractice, and personal injury claims, with extensive courtroom experience across all court levels and administrative tribunals. He earned his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1998 and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 1993, and was called to the bar in 1999. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
