About Magda
Magda Grala is a partner in Waterstone's Abbotsford and Langley offices and a member of its business law and banking law groups. She advises businesses through all stages of their life cycle, from formation to reorganization and dissolution, and negotiates commercial agreements including leases and asset and share purchases. In banking law, she acts for both lenders and borrowers on a range of lending transactions. Grala earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2006 and a law degree from the University of Victoria in 2010, joining Waterstone as a student that year and becoming an associate after being called to the bar in 2011. Originally from Poland, she is active in the Abbotsford business community through several young professionals groups.
