About Victoria
Victoria Luxford is an associate with the Disputes team in Osler's Vancouver office, where she maintains a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice. Her experience includes contractual disputes, shareholder disagreements, and matters involving corporate and securities law, and she has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Federal Court of Canada. Before Osler, she was an associate at a leading regional firm. Victoria previously clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin and Justice Sheilah Martin, and at the Federal Court for Justice Michael Phelan.
