About Janessa
Janessa Mason is an associate lawyer at Ascendion Law, handling matters from criminal and regulatory charges to high-stakes commercial disputes. She has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including before regulatory and administrative tribunals in both BC and Ontario. Before joining the firm, she practised employment and human rights law at a large litigation firm. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2018 after completing her BA at the University of British Columbia and her JD at the University of Victoria.
