Milovan Prelevic focuses his practice on tax law, wills, and estates and trusts. He is fluent in English, French, Serbo-Croatian and Russian, and has published articles while speaking at York University and Osgoode Hall Law School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Laws with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 2001, followed by a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Cambridge's Queens' College in 2004. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2002 and in Alberta in 2006. His career includes time as a tax associate at Aird & Berlis LLP and McLennan Ross LLP, a lectureship at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, and work as a senior legislative design specialist with Ontario's Ministry of Finance before he opened a sole practice in Oakville.
