About Veronica

Veronica is a business lawyer who advises small to mid-sized businesses, First Nations, and not-for-profit organizations across industries including healthcare, natural resources, energy, manufacturing, retail and IT. Her practice spans business start-up and incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property matters, and commercial real estate transactions. She has represented clients in sales ranging from an elevator maintenance company to a nationwide confectionary business, and advises First Nations on economic development matters including residential development and commercial leasing. She supports female-led businesses and LGBTQIA2S+ entrepreneurs, and is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Women Lawyers Forum. She earned her LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1989 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1995.
