About Vanessa
Vanessa Yee is an associate in the Corporate group at Osler's Vancouver office. Her practice covers corporate and securities law generally, with particular focus on corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganizations. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance, including stock exchange rules and continuous disclosure requirements. Before joining Osler, Yee practised at another major national law firm. She holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a B.Com. with distinction from Queen's Smith School of Business. Yee belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
