About Valentina

Valentina Hernandez Paternina joined Haddock & Company in the summer of 2024, practicing strata property law, co-operative housing law, landlord and tenant law and construction law. She earned her law degree from Universidad de Medellín in Colombia and was called to the Colombian Bar in 2018, where she operated her own practice representing clients in family and civil matters. She relocated to British Columbia in 2022, completed a Master's in Common Law at the University of British Columbia in 2023, and articled at the Everyone Legal Clinic, gaining experience in employment, family and strata law. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024.
