About Joshua

At Haddock & Company, Joshua Kuepfer focuses on housing law and dispute resolution. A graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, Kuepfer articled with Access Pro Bono and the Everyone Legal Clinic, building experience in strata, residential tenancy, employment, and civil litigation matters. Kuepfer advises clients on bylaw enforcement, landlord-tenant disputes, contract matters, privacy concerns, and property maintenance, and continues to gain experience appearing before the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Civil Resolution Tribunal, and the BC Supreme Court. To help pay for law school, Kuepfer spent time planting trees in the interior of BC and Alberta.
