About Grant

Grant Haddock founded Haddock & Company in 2001 after being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1992. His preferred areas of practice include corporate housing law, strata property law, and commercial and residential tenancy and construction law, and he acts for housing co-ops, strata corporations, housing societies, and commercial and residential landlords. He has appeared as counsel in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of BC and the Court of Appeal, and before tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Residential Tenancy Branch. He is a frequent speaker at housing industry education conferences and was appointed King's Counsel by the Attorney General of British Columbia in 2025.
