About Tyler

Tyler Galbraith represents most stakeholders in the construction industry, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners, advising on contract drafting, procurement, dispute resolution, bond and insurance claims, and liens. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia across appeals, trials, arbitrations, and mediations, handling builders lien and tender cases, delay and defective work disputes, and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining JML, Tyler clerked for five justices of the BC Supreme Court and articled and worked as an associate at a national firm. He is an incoming Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and has been consistently recognized by Lexpert and Best Lawyers for construction law.
