About Peter

Peter leads Ratcliff's Wills and Estates Group, advising individuals, families and representatives on estate planning and administration, including wills, trusts, incapacity planning, and disputes involving trusts and estates. Before joining Ratcliff, he was a lawyer at a leading international estate planning firm in London, England. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Peter earned his law qualification from the College of Law in Chester, England, was called to the bar of England and Wales in 1997, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004.
