About Raquel
Raquel Levine advises private businesses, professional corporations, and not-for-profits on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, leases, and corporate structure. She acts for owners on the purchase or sale of a business and advises on incorporation, shareholders' agreements, and real estate and estate planning matters. Raquel received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she won the Dean's Gold Key Award and served as editor-in-chief of the Obiter Dicta newspaper. She graduated with distinction from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, where she was active with The McGill Tribune. Before law school she worked in the legal and audit departments of a national retail company. She is a member of the Ontario bar.
