About Tracy

Tracy Lyle is a partner at Nelligan Law and leader of its Litigation Practice Group, having previously been a partner at an Ottawa Valley law firm. She has more than twenty years of experience in personal injury and insurance litigation, employment law, and commercial litigation, and acts as general counsel to several organizations, including a local school board. As a senior litigator, Lyle acts for both employers and employees in employment law matters, including human rights, workplace safety and insurance claims, and long-term disability matters, and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education conferences. She was named Lawyer of the Year in Personal Injury for the City of Ottawa for 2025 by Best Lawyers, and is involved in the lives of her three sons outside of work.
