About Paul
He practises in all areas of management-side employment and labour law. He regularly advises on employment standards, labour relations, contract interpretation, health and safety, restrictive covenants, disability management, workplace policies, and discipline and discharge. He has acted for employers in wrongful dismissal actions, human rights proceedings, health and safety prosecutions, and employment standards complaints. Prior to joining the firm, he practised at a boutique employment firm and worked as in-house counsel.
