About Tori

Tori Wallace's practice focuses on coverage disputes and professional negligence cases, defending health professionals in civil actions and advising insurers, as well as defending insured individuals in personal injury and property damage matters and acting for insurers in subrogation matters. Wallace has handled cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court, Court of Appeal, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Wallace was born and raised in London, Ontario, and travelled to Australia to attend law school, graduating with honours from Bond University in 2009. Wallace was the first associate hired by Wallace Smith LLP and is currently on maternity leave.
