About Steven

Steven is a partner who was called to the bar in 2002 after articling with the firm then known as Jesin Watson & McCreary. In the summer of 1999 he interned with the International Labour Office in Geneva on the International Programme for the Elimination of Child Labour, where he observed the International Labour Conference debate and adopt the Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention. While completing his Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Guelph, he served as a union steward for the teaching assistants' and sessional lecturers' union, and during law school he volunteered with a legal clinic assisting injured workers with their WSIB claims. Steven holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Mathematics in pure mathematics and computer science from the University of Waterloo.
