Brian Smith is a founding partner of Wallace Smith LLP. Smith began a legal career at a large Toronto firm before moving to London, Ontario in 2003, and now focuses on personal injury and insurance litigation, representing both individuals and insurers. Smith has represented injured clients and defended large construction loss claims, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, and the Licence Appeals Tribunal. Smith completed Harvard University's Negotiation Mastery course in the fall of 2024 and now also offers mediation services, drawing on experience representing both injured clients and insurers.
