Tony Anderson is a partner at MLT Aikins LLP in Vancouver, practising banking and commercial lending law, including secured debt financings, construction lending, asset-based lending, lease financing, and acquisition financing. Anderson also handles commercial real estate transactions such as leasing, acquisitions, and divestitures, and maintains a general corporate practice covering the purchase and sale of corporate assets and shares, company structuring, partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Anderson was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012, holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2011) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary (2008), and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
